Retail Consultant | Up to $4.5K gross

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by promoting mobile plans, broadband services, handsets, accessories, and digital solutions.
• Assist customers with new sign-ups, recontracts, renewals, device upgrades, and product enquiries while providing suitable recommendations based on their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships through professional advice and support.
• Manage daily retail operations, including POS transactions, cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory control, and merchandise management.
• Ensure products, promotional materials, and store displays are maintained in accordance with company standards and branding guidelines.
• Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, promotions, and industry trends to effectively support sales initiatives and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Passionate about sales, customer service, mobile technology, and telecommunications products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Retail, telecommunications, electronics, or customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Candidates without prior experience may apply, as training will be provided.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
